We love hemp hearts, or hulled hemp seeds, for all their amazing hemp nutrition. This is a delicious, fun recipe you can throw together in minutes and have on hand whenever you get hungry.

No Bake Hemp Seed Energy Balls (Easy Hemp Recipe)

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Servings: Makes 10 energy balls


  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup raw hemp hearts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter


  • Stir ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  • Roll mixture into balls.
  • Chill balls on tray in fridge for 10 – 20 minutes, or until serving.
